Diagnostics & Labs.

Know Exactly Where You Stand.

At Stem Health, we look at a custom panel of 96+ biomarkers across nine body systems, alongside whole-body imaging, and genetic screening. Every result is read against your history and translated into plain guidance with three clear next steps. Not raw numbers for you to decode, but a clear picture of what's working and what to do next. It all lives in your Health Story, so your results are followed year over year, not read once and forgotten. Early-risk markers like ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, and hs-CRP are all measured, so nothing important is left out of the picture.

Diagnostics That Mean Something.

Every test is chosen to reveal risk early and reviewed by a physician before it reaches you. At Stem Health, results always come paired with what they mean for you and a clear action plan for what's next.

Biomarker Panel

Stem Health's unique 96+ biomarker panel spans metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, inflammatory, nutritional, and organ-function health, so you get a full picture. It includes the markers a routine panel skips, like ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, hs-CRP, and a full thyroid panel. Each one earns its place by telling us something we can act on.

You also get a physician-approved summary in plain language, three clear recommendations, and a baseline you can measure against year after year. One panel a year is included with your membership.

Whole Body MRI

A radiation-free scan that looks across your whole body in a single sitting, paired with a physician consult so you're never just handed a report.

The results land in your Health Story as a clear body map with a plain-language summary alongside the full radiology report. You understand what was found, what it means, and whether anything needs a next step.

Genetic Screening

A hereditary-risk panel across cancer, heart, and metabolic genes, from a saliva kit delivered to your door.

Every result comes with genetic counselling and a physician follow-up, so you understand what it means for you and exactly what to do next.

Pharmacogenomic Testing  ยท Coming soon

Your genes shape how you respond to medications. This test reads those patterns so your physician can match treatments to your biology instead of relying on trial and error.

The result is fewer surprises, fewer side effects, and a prescription that starts from what actually works for you.

Looking for the whole picture? These are brought together and read as one in the Annual Health Assessment.

Markers That Reveal Risk Early.

These are the markers that catch risk early. Read together against your history and explained in plain language, they give you a full picture of what's happening. And with a clear action plan, you know exactly what to do next to lower your future risk.

ApoB

The most accurate single marker of cardiovascular risk. It counts the particles that actually drive heart disease.

Lp(a)

A genetic heart-risk particle you inherit, and one most people are never tested for. Worth knowing your number.

Fasting Insulin

The earliest signals of insulin resistance, often rising years before blood sugar looks abnormal on a routine test.

hs-CRP

A sensitive measure of the low-grade inflammation linked to heart disease, and invisible on a standard panel.

Omega-3 Index

How much EPA and DHA are actually in your cells, not just on your plate. Tied to cardiovascular and cognitive health.

Full Thyroid Panel

TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and antibodies read together, so you don't miss the full picture.

These sit within a panel of 96+ biomarkers across nine body systems, each one translated into what it means for you and what to do next.

Questions & Answers.

Why pay for biomarkers if OHIP covers some bloodwork?
Routine bloodwork checks a narrow set of markers. Stem Health's panel looks at 96+ biomarkers that predict risk, including ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, and full inflammatory and sex-hormone panels. We read the results together against your history, so you get a complete picture, not a page of isolated numbers. One panel a year is included with the membership.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book diagnostics directly, and your Stem physician signs the requisition.
How long do results take?
Biomarker results usually return within ten business days, with your physician-approved report a day or two after. Whole Body MRI reports typically take ten to fourteen business days, and genetic results take three to four weeks.
Can I book without a membership?
To book services at Stem Health, you need to be an Origin Pass member. The Origin Pass is our free, pay-as-you-go tier. Biomarker testing, whole body MRI, and genetic screening can each be booked on their own, with everything filed in your Health Story.
What about the Annual Health Assessment?
The Annual Health Assessment brings all of these together, read as one picture rather than separate tests. You can explore it here.
