What's the difference between the health assessment and membership?
The health assessment is one focused day. Complete diagnostics, early detection, and a clear plan, so you leave knowing exactly where you stand. Membership is where that day becomes a story that keeps moving. The same physician every visit, care when you need it, prevention built in, and every handoff coordinated for you. The assessment tells you where you are. Membership carries you forward.
Can I upgrade from Foundation to Signature later?
Yes. Email care@stemhealth.ca or message your Care Advocate, and we'll walk you through the move.
Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships run on a 12-month term. Both Foundation and Signature are fully refundable for 7 days after payment. After that, they're non-refundable except as set out in the Termination clause of your agreement.
What is a Health Story?
It's your health, remembered. One living timeline in the Member Portal, holding past results, current care, and future plans in a single place, so you and your provider see the pattern sooner and nothing slips between visits. Most records file what happened. Your Health Story carries what's next.
