We work with companies that have at least 5 team members. This threshold lets us provide the full care experience.

Can employees purchase extra services later?

Yes. Team membership is just the beginning. Members can add assessments, specialized testing, or upgraded tiers anytime at member rates. Start simple, expand as needed.

How does Stem integrate with our existing benefits?

We complement your existing benefits. Your coverage stays, and Stem adds on top. We coordinate with your insurer directly. The result is less time away, lower claims, and a healthier team.

How does pre-registration work?

Reserve your spot now with a deposit and lock in 20% founder pricing. Pay the balance when we open. Deposits are fully refundable if you choose not to proceed.
