Dr. Alisa Naiman

Dr. Alisa Naiman, MD, CCFP, MHSc

Family Physician

Founder of The Medical Station and a published University of Toronto researcher.

Dr. Naiman founded The Medical Station and led it as Medical Director for nearly a decade, directing a multidisciplinary team of physicians and allied health professionals. She serves as an Adjunct Clinical Academic Lecturer at the University of Toronto and as co-resident research coordinator at Michael Garron Hospital, where she holds privileges.

She earned her MD and a Master of Health Science in Community Health and Epidemiology at the University of Toronto, and completed fellowships in primary care research. Her award-winning work on the impact of anti-smoking legislation was published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal. She has also worked as a program analyst and consultant with the Ontario Ministry of Health.
