Farhara has spent more than ten years leading multi-site healthcare operations across Canada. As National Director of Clinical Operations at Perennial Care she directs integrated primary and allied health care across 31 retirement residences in five provinces, leading a dispersed team of more than 50 clinicians and operational staff.
She was previously National Operations Manager for HearCANADA, accountable for 35 healthcare centres nationally, and spent eight years at MagGas Medical, latterly as Regional Manager over 14 sleep-therapy clinics. She earned her MD from International American University School of Medicine and an honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, and builds reporting and analytics with Power BI, Salesforce, and Business Central.
