Katherine built and scaled the operational function at Inkblot Therapy (now GreenShield Health), expanding its clinical network nationwide, and led the Client Services team at Think Research delivering digital health solutions to hospitals and health systems across Canada, the United States, and the UAE.
Earlier, in KPMG’s Healthcare Management Consulting practice, she led operational excellence programs in Canada and the United Kingdom and trained more than 1,000 practitioners in Lean Green Belt methodologies. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant, and serves on the board and finance committee at Trinity College School.
