Dr. Strakacz practises at the University of Toronto Health & Wellness Centre, where she holds a faculty appointment and teaches and mentors medical trainees. She is certified in both Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds an independent practice certificate in Ontario.
Her experience includes care in Northern and remote communities, including work with Cree and Inuit populations, and service as a Peer Assessor with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Her focus spans women’s health, contraception, mental health, and culturally sensitive care. She earned her MD at McGill University and provides care in English and French.
