Nitika leads hiring across clinical and non-clinical roles as Stem builds its founding team, from sourcing and screening through to offer, alongside the HR infrastructure and administration behind it. She previously recruited for Bayshore HealthCare and ParaMed Home Health Care, two of Canada’s larger home and community care providers.
She has also worked with The Crump Group, Toronto Event Centre, and WhiteHat Jr, and began her HR career at Accenture. She holds a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College, is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association, and is a CHRP candidate.
